Polarization in Bolivia

The last several days have brought fear, confrontation, and uncertainty in Bolivia. Rather than try to explain the situation, I'll give you a link to an article on the democracy center's blog. The democracy center is run by a left-wing American who is usually anything but objective. Intestingly he gets it about right in his analysis this time.
